莫名又驚喜地,在生日的過一兩個星期,收到姐街寄來的聖誕卡...... 聖誕卡依指示地,放在窗邊... 生日卡依慣例地,收好在床頭櫃.. 偶而會拿出來看看 姐街在卡片上說道: " 很開心地發現,原來我的堅強,韌性及獨立都遠遠超過姊姊所認知,在國外生活的美眉,雖然沒有台灣的金蘭醬油,沒有四物,沒有毛襪...可是,我有的是全家人滿滿滿滿的愛 爹地,媽咪,說起美眉的語氣,也是整個滿意與驕傲....（ 哇~) " 其實內心,永遠牽掛著的,也就是家人, 當我懶散的時候,會想到爸媽六十幾,還是像四十幾歲一樣的工作著， 當我孤單的時候,會看著豬寶日記,好似他的童言童語就在我耳邊， 說真的，不想讓大家失望，尤其是爸媽， 更不想讓自己，還是像以前一樣，找不到方向，浮躁不安。 姊接的卡片，簡單的幾句話， 具有神奇的強大力量!

The Price of Cheap Food -- Michael Pollan http://www.michaelpollan.com/index.htm The article written in Resource #18 (Wageningen Newsletter) by Albert Sikkema describing the content of Masterclass which was given by Michael Pollan on 10 Feb.2009 in Zeist. I didn't even know the name "Michael Pollan" that I didn't pay attention to this article in the beginning. Until Johannes mentioned this to us, I went to my recycle paper basket and dug it out. Micheal is a well known journalist and writer for the New York Times magazine with already five books published. Anyway, he is famous and I think he's also some kind pioneer to the world phenomena. Michael pointed out there are three crisis of our time - the energy crisis, the obesity epidemic and climate change to which can be traced back to a wasteful and industrialized agriculture production system in the US. Cheap oil price is one. of the contributor to these crisis. Michael admires the farmer named Joel Salati...

筆-記-本(HAND MADE) 抱歉沒有在第一時刻,寫信給妳... 沒能Real-time廣播,收到時的喜悅. 沒有為甚麼,只是不想在匆忙中,囫圇寫完一封報告, 而是想,好好地,慢慢地,告訴妳：     Dear,我收到了!! 非常地喜歡喔!   想了好一會兒,覺得拿來替換我舊有的通訊錄,應該是再適合也不過! 畢竟,筆記本這東西,用完就得淘汰.而像通訊錄這樣的小本子,記錄總是在增增減減,修修改改! 也總是在我隨身攜帶著到各地去的本子! 那麼,它就會一直地陪伴在我身邊.就如同妳們珍貴的友誼!   而這篇文章,就拿來當作我"開格"的第一篇,有妳們的支持, 我會努力上學,努力交朋友,努力玩遍歐洲,努力地寫部落格.. 紀錄有妳們在身邊,不在身邊的點點滴滴 :-)
